    This research is to know does in simultaneously competence, compensation, and job satisfaction to have effect a significant to employee performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region VI Balikpapan. The method used in this study uses primary data through 100 respondent questionnaire by using random sampling. This study is study quantitative method by using multiple linear regression helped with SPSS 19.0 program. And to know where partially between competence, compensation, and job satisfaction to have effect dominant to employee performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region VI Balikpapan.
