ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING PT. TELKOM WITEL BALIKPAPAN

    Abstract

     

    The purpose of this research is to find out the analysis of leadership, discipline and work motivation on the performance of outsourcing employees of PT. Telkom Balikpapan WITEL. In addition, the researcher also aims to find out the influence of the three independent variables together and find out the most dominant variables. Type of this research is descriptive quantitative research. Samples taken are the same as the population, namely outsourcing employees PT. Telkom Balikpapan WITEL totaling 65 people. Data analysis uses an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability testing. Furthermore, using the classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heterocedacity test also use a hypothesis test consisting of multiple analysis tests, f test and t test. Hypothesis test results show multiple regression analysis test which gets the equation Y = 8,751 + 0,417X1 + 0,058X2 + 0,075X3. F test obtained results of significant probability 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. For the results of the t test, it is obtained that the leadership variables have a significant effect showing 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the discipline variable has no significant influence showing 0.549> 0.05 Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected and the motivation variable has no significant effect indicating 0.393> 0.05 Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.
